Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Because our skincare items are personal care products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at LRowson7@comcast.net with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will review any issues on a case-by-case basis.
